Sunny Beach

Sunny Beach is the largest Bulgarian resort, which is located in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera on the territory of the Nessebar Municipality.

It is located in a crescent-shaped bay facing east. The northern part of the resort borders the town of Sveti Vlas. Its southern part rests on the ancient city of Nessebar located on the peninsula.

The climate is maritime - mild winter and dry and hot summer, with 1700 hours of sunshine from May to October. The invigorating mountain air from the nearby slopes of Stara Planina and the sea breeze refresh the dry and hot days and make the nights pleasant and cool.

Sunny Beach is one of the rare places on the Black Sea where you can still see natural sand dunes, in which more than 16 species of rare plants grow. The beach of the resort complex is made of fine yellow-golden sand, the seabed has a very gentle slope and it is comfortable for bathing.
